Marketing site data
When you book a demo or email us, we collect the information you provide (such as name, practice, role, PMS, phone, and email) to respond and schedule. We may use analytics to understand site usage (page views, CTA clicks, calculator interactions). Do not submit PHI through this marketing site.
Service data & HIPAA
For healthcare customers, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is signed before go-live. Production patient data is handled under that agreement and our security controls — not under this marketing privacy page alone. See our BAA overview.
SMS / mobile numbers
If you opt in to texts, we collect your mobile number to send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service updates. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to opt out. See the SMS Privacy Policy and SMS opt-in.
Cookies & analytics
We may use first-party analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to measure performance. Calendly embeds may set their own cookies when you use the scheduling widget.
